Watcon is currently looking to expand our sales area The successful applicant will be in charge of developing new business as well as taking care of current customers.
We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a history of building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Our successful sales engineers have excellent planning and organizational skills. Previous success in the water treatment field, sales training, or a technical background is preferred. We will work with the right candidate to ensure a successful long-term relationship.
Our Sales Engineers are independent contractors. As a contractor, you have the freedom and responsibility to develop a successful sales and service plan. Compensation is based on sales commissions. There is no cap on your maximum earnings.
Watcon has dedicated technical and sales support personnel to assist you in your endeavors. Our reputation is derived from our quality service, dedication and commitment to our customers.
Travel for this position occurs within 100 miles of home. Nights spent away are very infrequent.
